I think he's talking about saving his job. ML and PG need to look at a number of areas besides personnel changes. One or two guys going from 0 snaps to 20 snaps isn't going to be enough. If they went from to seeing 6-8 guys going from 0 snaps to 20 snaps, you might see something happen then. Defense schemes and positioning on the field might need a serious look as well.
