There are obviously loads of people with mental issues who aren't stable yet we continue to pretend with them.   Calling them courageous.

I wonder how long it will be until people with Body integrity identity disorder are allowed to live as amputees ?
I don't think it's fair if certain people are allowed to cut off certain body parts and they are not.
They are still considered mentally unstable.
