I am going to assume it is for a misdemeanor. Often warrants are generated if you have outstanding fines or court costs. If that is the case, stop by your county clerk's office and make a payment and they will likely kill the warrant and as long as you continue to make payments you should be fine.
If it was for something like failure to appear, then you will just need your attorney (or PD) to get another court date set for you and show up.
