In all fairness, how can you say that we haven't seen enough of Dennard or WJIII to let Dre walk yet you are ok with Zeitler leaving and we haven't seen ANYTHING out of Westerman.  I think if there is one thing we learned this year is that we can't project a starter to perform without seeing anything from him.
