Should be something like every 5 years you get a free ID from the state. If you need one replaced you have to pay. 

Bite your tongue, young man.  No Sir, people shouldn't be required to show an ID that they are legally required to have on their person, at all times, in most American locales.  That is discrimination!  What is wrong with you?!
