Cincinnati campus officer shoots and kills unarmed black male

I pointed it out because it's the most novel thing about the situation.  Sad to say that a police officer shooting and killing a black guy with a less than sterling record isn't as new as it once was.  I'm not saying that is right, but that seems to be the way it is.
