Part of the FO problem is their failure to make changes with the coaching.
As far as the coaches go there's really no reason to keep Alexander around any longer. He's shown us the game has passed him bye, particularly the run blocking game.
As far as positions that need upgrading I would say LB where we have two spots open as far as I can tell. Then there's LT where Whit needs a year to bring along a new guy. Oggieboggie isn't our guy and he should ride the pine as a backup for the rest of his rookie deal in case he somehow learns the job, but in no way should we count on him. Then there's a pass rusher for the right side and this could be our 1st round pick.
After than we need another speedster in the WR corp. Core and AJ isn't enough there needs to be more depth here. LaFell should be re-signed.
Coverage free safety is needed. We missed Nelson back there.
