Not sure what that changes. Maybe in 20 years it might not be as bad .... But how many less blacks will we have by then?

It shows that if PP is trying to do what is being claimed, they are on the decline with it. They are failing.

But really it has to do with efforts on improving the living situations in the poverty stricken areas of the city because economic situations play more of a role in abortion rates than anything else.
