There was a big case here a couple years ago where a group of "people" (I don't consider them human) tortured a young girl with special needs, killed her and then stuffed her body in a garbage can. They were caught and tried and sentenced.
Even made an episode of "frenemies".
Lowlifes that should have their lives taken away from them.
