Tomlin is a great coach. He'd call guys over and discipline them during games when they made mistakes. When was the last time Marvin did that?
Or he trips players running back kicks, has his coaches pull hair and walk out on to the field and start trouble...... whatever it takes to win. I like that philosophy normally but the asshole then tries to pretend that they are above all that and play within the rules. Marvin's problem is he is too nice , just like Mike Brown. He is a gentleman in an asshole's world and the fans suffer because of it.
