Davis for the Steelers got flagged for helmet to helmet. Dupris did last week when he hit the QB. The personal fouls on defense aren't something that only gets called against the Bengals.

Burfict got flagged for the hit on Brown. If that was just the case we wouldn't have heard the crys for months for him to be banned for life, or my personal fave, thrown in jail.
