Why is Marv 0-7 in the playoffs?

I am entertaining this idea way more than any sane person should.  It is very high risk in that if they still lost the game, or if it was cancelled by the NFL, then the perpetrators would go to jail for a very long time.  OTOH, if they won, there is a chance the charges might be dropped- especially if it was made clear to the jury that the intentions were not malicious.  In that scenario the perpetrators would be famous and might even be given a key to the city.
