There's a couple problems though:

1. I'm not sure we would get more than a late first/second for Dalton.
2. AJ is on his rookie deal for only 1 more year. If he plays up to the level you would hope, he's going to have a $20 million contract and we really won't have any more cap space to add players than we would with Dalton.

Without the best line in football, it won't matter who is quarterback. We all need to remember this as long as we are fans of this team.
