I'm not saying it's a constitutional law.  I just said that I was for it. The closest that the constitution gets are the establishment and free-exercise clauses.  

Regardless of whether it's an idea that was in the constitution or introduced 20 minutes ago, I support it.  This country needs a complete separation of church and state.
