They're going to set up deportation centers around Germany to get rid of a bunch of the 1m+ refugees they've taken in the last two years.
So, the German government is trying to efficiently deport the refugees that came seeking asylum and were turned down? I'm not seeing how this is a change in any position. This isn't a plan to get rid of the one million that they have accepted, this is a plan to deport those that they are turning away.
