Here is a thoughtful analysis of why Trump is floundering. It isn't because he is orange, it isn't his hair, it isn't even that he is an A-hole. The problem is his # 1 "qualification" is a fabrication. He wasn't, as the article notes, a real CEO.

So maybe electing a real CEO would have been a good decision, but we didn't do that.

His "management style" is only suited for a business he can run.  He couldn't run another business with his style either.
