Lost in all the travel ban teeth gnashing is that the list of countries wasn't chosen out of a hat. The list also didn't include the vast majority of the worlds muslim majority countries, including the most populous ones. Support the ban, oppose the ban, think the point of the ban was/is stupid, you really can't make the argument that the ban was a "muslim ban". The woman in OP didn't list one single incident of hostility or discrimination at work, so we can only assume such incidents didn't happen. In essence, she quit for political reasons and is attempting to make it about bigotry.
