It's the only way to have a truly constructive conversation.
I don't have to be "right" or convince them of anything.
I only want them to evaluate what has been the accepted norm and if there might be a better way.
There is always more for me to learn and ponder, as well.
No matter a person's party, we all need to be more moderate.
