Why does it need federal funding now that we have Obamacare? Sure, either way it's still getting money from the govt but at least they'd fall under the qualifications/regulation of Obamacare.
And you won't convince me that federal dollars aren't funding abortion. It's all fungible - if they're getting other operating expenses from the govt, then their fundraising efforts can focus on raising money for abortion.
