Another reason to NOT consider Foster. Foster has concussion issues of his own. (Not to mention he's recovering from torn rotator cuff surgery.) What's the number one thing a linebacker has to do? Tackle. What does tackling often include? An impact to your shoulder, and often incidentally your head.

Foster's medial worries me too much for the 9th overall pick. You need to take a much safer bet at that pick, is my opinion.
