MJ wasted the first two seasons of his career dreaming of being an OLB/DE hybrid.  He was not good until he got bigger and concentrated 100% on DE..

Just showing up and playing a snap would be a vast improvement for Hardison. I understand that he had a very good Senior Bowl and Combine, but the guy has been a goose egg after two years with the team.
