Right...The link I posted shows his assets (not including things he's making payments on) as $5 million, so not much difference.
It would take nearly 10 years to lose $5 million with 45k in losses every month, and lets be honest, I doubt he's spending more AFTER his playing days.
Point is, Fred said he's broke, which is false as much as some people wish it were true.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
