Brad Childress never had back to back losing seasons.
Wade Philips never had back to back losing seasons.
Mike Shanahan didn't have back to back losing seasons with the Broncos.
John Fox didn't have back to back losing seasons with the Panthers or Broncos.

Bold are coaches who also played in Super Bowls. Childress and Shanahan made it to the Championship game. Philips won a playoff game.
