Girl thinks Articles of Confederation can protect her from being arrested...
#19
Wasn't there a constitutional congress that wrote a document that replaced the Articles?

On edit, apparently I'm wrong. At least according to Timbriand:

The articles of the confederation is the second organic law. The constitution is the fourth. The articles were never replaced by the constitution. The Declaration of Independence, the articles of the confederation, the northwest ordinance and the constitution for the United States of America are the four organic laws and supreme over all others. She is partially right about being free inhabitants. That does exist. The Supreme Court has many rulings on this. The fourteenth amendment created a second class of citizen or a U.S. Federal government citizen prior to that we were all free inhabitants. All statute or RSA are basically corporate law that do not apply to most Americans
“History teaches that grave threats to liberty often come in times of urgency, when constitutional rights seem too extravagant to endure.”-Thurgood Marshall
