That would be enough (theoretically) to jump up to #4 overall. And honestly I'd consider it if Solomon Thomas is sitting there at 4.
And that might even make sense if JAX is ready to move on from Bortles, as they would essentially get a QB and just pick 5 spots later.

and what would need to be added to get the Browns #1 pick out of curiosity ?
