Yea, he's way off. For starters, the DoI does not establish any "organic" laws. It's purely theoretical and the authority of our declaration depended on us being successful in our revolution. 

The AoC were also superseded by the Constitution. It would make no sense if both existed simultaneously. And as you just said, article 4 of the AOC doesn't establish this class of citizen that they say it establishes. It's merely referring to people who are not slaves, and it is worded to explain that free men in one state are entitled to the privileges free men in other states had. This is necessary in a confederation, but we no longe rhave one.

This girl is just stupid, and so is this guy, lol. But you know that.
