How many new parts can a unit make work?

I'd guess that with the way practice is so limited in the modern NFL we're going to have to start out very vanilla. And that with Zamp doesn't overwhelm me with confidence ! He already suffers from not really knowing what to do IMHO. And him knowing how to build what we have or probably more accurately don't have is scary.

I look for us to be pretty weak on O the first half of season. The defense is going to have to save the day I'd say.

The key to any success, in my mind, is going back to the power runs.  Paul Alexander is going to have to take advantage of the "young, athletic Tackles", and coach them up to haul their butts down field for some second-level blasting on the inside runs.  As for Half-Step Hill, someone needs to remind him that his primary objective is straight ahead, no DWTS moves, just point and shoot.

Maybe, just maybe if that works and develops a little momentum, it will draw some Safeties in and leave AJ open for some one on one coverages.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
