But, of course you don't care about the real facts.  You even admitted that.  All that matters to you is the "court of public opinion".  Even if it is wrong.

But the article does state that he spit chaw from his mouth that it the back of her hand. They may not be charging him with the assault with a bodily fluid, but he did spit on her
