LOL Actually, the copypasta thing is a kind of backhanded compliment. Something in what I am writing sounds "knowledgeable" on the subject matter or "professional" to them, and the plagiarism charge helps them deal with that. 

Talking down to one's opponents makes some feel elevated. Instead of constructing a good argument which addresses the issue at hand, they suppose that talking down to their opponents somehow levers them up.

If you call someone a child, then you MUST be an adult, right?
