You could have stopped after the first sentence. Yes they are wrong and it's weird. And due to their weird rules they pay more because of the effort required to complete their file.

All I have said is that they are weird/nut jobs. I am entitled to my own opinion, especially when I have direct knowledge of this group and how they operate.
