He's a nobody here. He was handed a district after they gerrymandered the shit out of Roscoe Bartlett's district, cutting up Western Maryland and throwing in a huge liberal chunk of a DC suburb. It makes absolutely no sense why rich suburbs bordering DC are in the same district as poorer conservative areas 3 hours away.
