DOJ investigating Harvard racist admissions policy

I didn't see any "lies" in the link you provided. Just some questionable DOJ pushback. But it appears they are doing what the Times said they are doing.

Also, You have no evidence upon which to base your claim that Harvard use race to rank to applicant's intelligence. At best you can find evidence for "opportunity" rankings, with some groups privileged over others, all else being equal.

For future reference, you might remember that leftists and liberals contest the notion racial differences in intelligence. Race-based intelligence rankings are produced by rightists.
