I was just going to say--I expect this will be a boon to for-profits. 

This may even be a response to their lobby.

I am a big supporter of Big Government programs like the GI Bill, but I have concerns this expansion may be coupled with de-regulation of the GI education market. If that happens, the government spigots will be open and taxpayer money will flow to buy degrees of questionable value.
