Waiting for the league to revisit Mixon's past. I'm pretty sure that if they thought they could suspend him for something he did several years before even entering the league they would and the precedent may be set up in the Elliott case. Some of what he's accused of occurred while he was at OSU if I'm not mistaken.
If they can suspend players for what they do before entering the league then all bets are off. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the tact they pursue.
