Seriously, you are correct in that it is a BIG thing, but I'm speaking strictly from an ability and talent standpoint.

They aren't far off, but Dunlap just has certain qualities that are super useful at his position, that Burfict doesn't have.

Bigger impact? Burfict without a doubt.
