No personal or political scandal in that list that actually hit Obama. They hit cabinet level, but not directly him. But, if we want to lump in the scandals of those who report to the POTUS, well, the list for the Trump White House dwarfs this one, and that list is from 8 years in office, Trumps is for less than a year.
