I guess my thought would be more along the lines of... aren't we worrying about the wrong question?
She's an undocumented immigrant (aka illegal immigrant). The authorities obviously know who/where she is and that she's undocumented due to this whole case. So why not just send her back to where she came from and let that country decide about her abortion rights?
