I mentioned this, before. Federal rules on this stuff requires Trump or the RNC to reimburse the government for any political trip. Even something as trivial as calling out an individual lawmaker in a speech can trigger this rule. It is my understanding that the Trump administration is not complying.
Trump says and does stupid things, but he lots of those things aren't big on their own. The number of ethics issues with this White House, though, is astounding to me.
