haha, Clinton has the best lawyers....while highly shady and unethical, I doubt laws were broken. Clinton lives in the land of "plausible deniability" and "arms-length" transactions. You basically have to then prove knowledge and direction, which is difficult unless people are dumb enough to leave a paper trail (if you can even get that warrant).
For example, if you look at the Dossier, there are at least 4 layers of intermediaries between Clinton and payments to Russian operatives. There probably WAS a lot of winking and nodding, but that's no proof of a crime.
