I've been reading Mike Lee's book on the Constitution. Scary stuff for people who never study history. Why would it be good to put guys like that in charge?
1. The activist judges are not checking or balancing. They are trying to Change laws. Trump has every right to set the travel ban yet these judges just play politics.
