Why are you assuming people without kids are mentally challenged? They aren't going to suffer. If you don't know what to buy a 6 year old boy, that's a personal problem and not a Target problem.

I highly doubt anyone with an IQ over 60 is going to be unsure if they should buy their nephew a Barbie doll or not.
