This is a positive turning point. 1999 to present we have been a competitive team. Mike is an extremely loyal guy. He is right in being loyal to Tobin. The problem was Marvin. I used to feel Mike Brown was a problem but since 1999 since Tobin we have been close to mediocre with a below average coach. If we make the right hire this could lead to a dynasty. Tobin has tuned down being interviewed for 5 other GM positions. So other people in the NFL recognize his talent.
