But I honestly believe with the right moves , entire new coaching staff, active free agency, good draft, free hand given to HC to put a program together, and so on. This team could be competitive next season and be a real threat the following one !

Problem is a new HC will most likely want his own QB. So we're probably looking at a basically total rebuild.
