As long as people aren't breaking the law, I have no objections to them finding loopholes to pay the lowest tax rate possible. I'm in favor of closing loopholes that are exploited in such a way that is contrary to the spirit of the law, but I can't begrudge anyone taking full advantage of these things that are on the books.
