Dalton is a legitimate team leader.
Dalton is a try-hard/fake leader, and NFL players can detect that.

Seriously, how do you guys decide if Dalton is a leader or not? You can't just base it on how well the team plays  Otherwise you would be stuck arguing that Mark Sanchez was a great leader when the Jets were playing in back-to-back Conference Championship games or that Brett Favre was a poor leader in '05 when the packers went 4-12.

So how exactly are we supposed to tell if dalton is a leader or not?

Actually, you are right. I wish I could change my answer on the poll. Some are saying Dunlap's actions during Dalton's live interview showed disrespect and proved Dalton's not a leader.  I think they show that Guenther has lost control of the defense.  I doubt he would have done that under Zimmer.
