Can Anyone Create A Website For Me?

Can anyone create a public "speaking" website for me or at least point me to a website that's simple to operate in the creation of one?

I can send you pictures and a copy of my presentation to put on there and just whatever. Looking for one where I can also post my calendar from Google that has all of my events.

I had one years ago but the lady who created/maintained it let her business go out of business and let my website die without even telling me.

I realize that here's a cost involved in buying the website, domain name, and whatever else which isn't a problem.
