The drastic tax cuts we just made are usually the type you see when the economy is in a downturn and needs a boost. Thay were not neded at this time. we may see more growth, but apparently the federal deficit is now completely meaningless.
From what I can tell, the deficit has been meaningless since the Bush presidency.
