The guy in China forwarded my information on to the people who make the decisions, but then he also said this:
I'm not really sure what it being an old TBI really has to do with it. If it grows back the parts of the brain I'm missing, then they should work again. I understand that I may not be as smart or athletic as I once was, but he's making it sound like it won't work much at all.
He also asked about me having Asthma, which he must have seen in my medical records and I did as a kid, but it was never an issue from early childhood on.
