I don't follow your logic here. If they all at least agree with expanding immigration, how is restricting immigration resonating?

Who do you mean by "their"?  Are you referring to DACA eligible people, DACA eligible people who want to expand protections past DACA, DACA eligible people who don't want to expand protections beyond DACA, or non DACA eligible people?

Also, by your own flimsy logic, both groups are using a sympathy defense for their policy position, so I'm not sure where you're going with this. 


I understand that Breitbart made it seem like old immigrants versus young immigrants, but if you actually read the LA Times story, it's not.
