I take that into account when someone says "everyone" or "they all knew" and apply it to mean most people agreed.  I don't hold them to "everyone"

In general though his description of how the NRA changed and why it changed is very interesting.

But a lot of the good things he invoked are still present, and I don't think the NRA is against them.  Concealed carry licenses.  Tommy Guns.  Now I'm not a big NRA guy because like all of these groups that have been around long enough, it eventually comes down to money.  

Strangely I've never heard of The Revolt in Cincinnati.
